Project Coordinator

What You Will Do As a Project Coordinator, you will ensure the organization successfully delivers IT programs and projects. Your expertise in program management, technical knowledge and attention to detail will be instrumental in driving effective execution of IT initiatives aligned with business objectives and delivering value to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource requirements to support successful execution of IT programs. Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration and alignment throughout program lifecycle. Manage day‑to‑day execution of IT programs, monitoring progress against milestones, timelines and budgets. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery, implementing proactive measures to minimize disruptions and ensure successful outcomes. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement. Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal, external stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, vendors and partners. Communicate program status, updates and key milestones to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports and presentations. Solicit stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with expectations and requirements. Ensure IT programs adhere to established quality standards, best practices and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of program deliverables to verify compliance with specifications and quality criteria. Implement governance processes and controls to maintain transparency, accountability and compliance throughout program lifecycle. Identify process improvement, automation and optimization opportunities to enhance program delivery capabilities and efficiency. Essential Criteria Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field. Three years experience in program or project management, preferably in an IT or technology focused environment. Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure and software development methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA or Asana. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, analyse data and make data‑driven decisions to optimise program delivery. Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or ITIL certification is a plus. Pay Range

$50,000—$60,000 USD
