Description Position Title: Vice President of Revenue Operations Location: New York City | Hybrid (4 days in office) Salary Range: $175,000 – $200,000 Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Drive Growth. About Us New York Preschool & Kids Club is an early childhood education and enrichment platform serving modern New York families through our combination of enrichment programs and preschool education. With multiple schools across NYC and private-equity backing, NYPKC is building a best-in-class operating platform, delivering on the full family experience for children and parents. About the Role The Vice President of Revenue Operations will own enrollment growth and revenue performance across all locations. This role is responsible for building the systems, strategy, and operational engine that drives predictable, profitable revenue. This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Education, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure enrollment growth aligns with program quality, capacity, and financial performance. How This Role Fits Into the Organization The VP of Revenue Operations reports directly to the CEO and owns enrollment and revenue performance across NYPKC.
