Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Earning Potential

- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 – $120,000+ (Base + Performance Commission)

- Base Salary + Expected Overtime: ~75% of OTE

- Variable Performance Commission: ~25% of OTE

- High-Performance Multipliers: Earn up to 200% of target achievement (paid semi-annually in May & November).

- Daily Performance Incentives: Incentives for hitting daily outreach targets.
