Summary:

Performs operations to prepare substrates for Parylene coating, including cleaning, surface preparation, and masking. After the coating process, preforms demasking, inspection and packaging.

Shift/Pay Details:
• 2nd shift
• Monday - Thursday 3pm - 11:30pm; Friday 10am - 6:30pm.
• $18.00
Location : Park 100 Area

Job Description:

• Follows the designated processes, work instructions, Manufacturing Standard Procedures.
• Performs cleaning and preparation of customer product for masking and / or coating process using basic cleaning/preparatory techniques.
• Ability to successfully demonstrate competency of Latex Masking and Scalpel Blade demasking utilizing precision dispense equipment, stereo microscope, scalpel blade, templates, and coupons.
• Performs masking/demasking and inspections tasks using methods and materials as specified in the designated process using small hand and power tools, microscope and other support equipment.
• Complies with Electrostatic Discharge handling requirements when appropriate.
• Performs fixturing/defixturing of parts and assemblies.
• Properly inspect, disassemble, clean, and or refurbish and reassemble coating fixtures.
