Registered Nurse- Specialty Care Unit "ICU"

Join an experienced team of nursing professionals at Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center. The Specialty Care Unit will welcome compassionate RN nurses for night shifts to deliver high‑quality patient care in a dynamic 19‑bed unit comprised of 5 ICU beds and 14 PCU/step‑down beds. What We Offer

• 7 pm – 7 am night shift, full‑time.
• Department: Specialty Care Unit.
• Location: Brunswick Medical Center.

Unit details: 1:4 nurse‑to‑patient ratio in PCU, 1:2 in ICU, and 1:1 for critical, intubated patients. What You’ll Do Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care. Utilize evidence‑based practice and compassion to assist patients in their health journeys. Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care. Deliver exceptional patient experiences in every dimension. Foster teamwork, team member engagement, and community involvement. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion for quality care. Ensure a patient‑safe environment guided by the "First Do No Harm" principle. What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited nursing school (required). Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred). Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi‑State/Compact (required). One year of relevant experience (preferred).
