Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions through video conferencing, adapting methodologies to suit the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate diagnoses and collaboratively create effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's requirements.

• Document sessions meticulously, maintaining accurate case notes, treatment plan reviews, and follow-up protocols in accordance with company guidelines.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate, fostering a sense of community among participants while also offering individual and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care strategies and to address any emerging mental health needs in a timely manner.

• Respond proactively to client feedback and outcomes, refining approaches and implementing innovative strategies to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field is required, holding credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Must possess an active state license in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work.

• Proficient understanding of psychological principles, treatment methodologies, and current trends in therapy.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with established expertise in working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Background in co-occurring disorders, individual therapy, family therapy, and substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.

• Experience with children, adolescents, and families will be viewed favorably, as will a proven track record of successful therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually.
