In this fully remote role, you'll bring your counseling services directly to clients using telehealth technology, making it possible for you to connect from anywhere while ensuring that your clients receive the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health challenges through interviews and standardized tools, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and family therapy aimed at addressing specific needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness techniques.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, supporting clients in acute situations with immediate psychological support and developing safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that document treatment progress, interventions employed, and any pertinent information relevant to ongoing care.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive care that addresses both their mental and physical health needs.

• Engage clients and their families in educational discussions regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, acting as an advocate for client needs.

• Stay current with advancements in the mental health field through continuous education, training, and active participation in professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a varied client population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The diversity of our clients necessitates a culturally sensitive approach tailored to individual circumstances, ensuring that every client feels understood and supported.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree or doctorate in counseling, psychology, or social work is preferred.

• At least two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting, showcasing strong clinical assessment skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities that foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary within the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
