Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 32-bed step-down and medical/surgical unit.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data effectively, working with telemetry monitor techs.
• Administer medications, including titratable drips, and evaluate patient responses.
• Engage in effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Adhere to the facility's schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Support overall patient health and manage unit-specific patient care protocols.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; license to submit is required.
• Must live outside of a 50-mile radius from the facility.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience with acute care and telemetry strip reading is preferred.
• A commitment to maintain COVID-19 vaccination status as required by the facility.
• Previous candidates must meet experience separation requirements.
