Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging one-on-one telehealth sessions, each lasting approximately 30 minutes, focusing on the specific emotional and psychological needs of clients.

• Provide counseling for a range of sub-clinical issues, including work stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in identifying and establishing personal and professional goals, including those related to relationships and career development.

• Collaborate proactively with our internal clinical team, offering insights and suggestions for program and platform improvements, thus enhancing the overall client experience.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions within our electronic medical records system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Your client base consists of individuals seeking support for emotional challenges, ranging from mild stressors to more complex psychological issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active professional license or certification in California as either an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• Minimum of two years of direct experience providing mental health counseling to clients facing emotional difficulties.

• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients quickly and effectively in a virtual setting.
