Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand client needs, historic factors, and current concerns, diagnosing mental health conditions collaboratively with clients.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and family systems approaches to address issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and addiction.

• Provide short-term counseling and ongoing case management to assist clients in navigating complex behavioral health challenges and ensuring access to necessary resources.

• Engage in crisis intervention when acute issues arise, which includes conducting risk assessments, de-escalating situations, and coordinating with external crisis teams as warranted.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall patient care and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
