Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of children and adolescents, ensuring detailed diagnosis and understanding of each client’s unique situation.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices, focusing on clients' specific therapeutic needs.

• Deliver therapy sessions using secure virtual platforms, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy, tailored to each client's preferences.

• Engage in regular collaboration with clients to set actionable therapeutic goals, facilitating progress monitoring throughout the treatment journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and their families, providing support for a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and developmental disorders. You will be at the forefront of utilizing remote therapy to break down barriers to access and provide essential care to those who may otherwise face challenges in receiving traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Proven experience in conducting therapy sessions, specifically with a youthful demographic.

• Exceptional communication abilities to build rapport with clients, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and cultural sensitivity.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills necessary for managing a virtual caseload and compliance with documentation practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus for newly joining licensed therapists.
