Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' needs and circumstances.

• Formulate treatment plans grounded in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
\n
• Administer individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth.
\n
• Document therapeutic notes and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and outside agencies as necessary to support comprehensive client care.

• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, including those set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• Participate in professional development activities and stay informed about trends in mental health therapy and telehealth practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Our practice is committed to serving culturally and ethnically diverse populations, and we continually strive to cultivate an inclusive environment where clients feel heard and valued. A proficiency in Spanish or another language will be an asset and will be rewarded with a bilingual salary differential.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
\n
• Registration with the California BBS in good standing, as well as registration with CAQH.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of telehealth technologies.
\n
• Excellent clinical assessment and therapeutic skills that foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to juggle multiple client schedules productively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
