Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to reach our patients in the comfort of their own homes. This progressive work setting enables you to provide care without the constraints of a traditional office environment, thus facilitating a flexible schedule. Your primary working hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility available based on patient needs and scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to guide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to address prevalent mental health issues and foster a community for patients.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to patients in distress, helping them navigate mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Forth Troon, you will engage with a diverse patient population. Our clients vary in age, background, and specific mental health concerns, allowing you to utilize your skills in various scenarios and cultivate your therapeutic techniques. Through telehealth, you will reach individuals who may otherwise face barriers to accessing traditional in-person therapy, including those living in remote areas or those with mobility challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
