Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and develop customized treatment plans that align with their specific challenges and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapy interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in individual and group settings.

• Maintain diligent clinical records following HIPAA regulations and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

• Work collaboratively with a dedicated interdisciplinary treatment team, comprising doctors, nurses, and therapists, to deliver comprehensive care and support.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources, treatment options, and recovery processes, enhancing their understanding and engagement in care.

• Continuously stay informed about the latest research and practices in mental health to enhance the services provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals who are in various stages of addiction recovery and mental health challenges, leading diverse backgrounds. Our clients often deal with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use, requiring a compassionate and personalized approach to treatment. You will play a crucial role in fostering their resilience and guiding them toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
