Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans that address both pre-crisis and crisis situations, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.

• Complete necessary documentation promptly while adhering to all regulatory standards and organizational policy requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies in collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with various programs to develop and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual needs.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that the center meets all necessary standards.

• Serve as a key liaison to community partners, relevant service systems, and state agencies to foster collaborative relationships.

• Maintain open channels of communication regarding treatment progress, aligning with contract standards and furthering Molina’s mission within the community.

• Foster relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote programs and identify new funding opportunities.
\n
• Commit to ongoing personal and professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and community meetings relevant to mental health practices.

• Promote and embody the agency’s mission and values through all communications and interactions.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall function of the mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will predominantly involve working with diverse clients who require mental health support, including those affected by psychological distress, substance abuse, and developmental challenges. Collaborating closely with patients enables you to develop individualized care plans tailored to their needs for optimal outcomes and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
