What You’ll Do

Drive Growth & Create Opportunity

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities within your region
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
• Identify client staffing needs and provide customized workforce solutions

Build Strong Client Relationships

• Develop long-term partnerships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Conduct in-person, virtual, and phone sales meetings
• Attend networking events, community functions, and industry gatherings
• Deliver exceptional client service and ensure customer satisfaction

Become a Staffing Solutions Expert

• Learn and promote all Ambassador Personnel service offerings including:
• Temporary staffing
• Temp-to-hire
• Direct hire placements
• Present tailored workforce strategies that solve real business challenges

Own the Sales Process

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth client transition
• Maintain accurate reporting, activity tracking, and revenue forecasting

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in staffing sales, business development, or a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Confidence building relationships and closing deals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
• Ability to thrive independently while contributing to a team environment
