The role will consist of ~80-85% managing projects and processes, updating trackers and negotiation materials, filing documentation and onboarding suppliers in Microsoft systems, and supporting Sr. Business Development managers as needed; ~15-20% meetings with internal stakeholders. As a Business Development Coordinator supporting gaming partnerships, you will assist senior Business Development managers across the full lifecycle of partnership contracts—from preparing negotiation materials and managing operational workflows to ensuring accurate documentation and compliance in contract systems and SharePoint. You will own key processes such as supplier setup and payments through procurement and finance tools, and maintenance of rights trackers to monitor expirations and support timely renewals. Additionally, you will help triage external partnership proposals, contribute to team initiatives, and identify opportunities to streamline and optimize BD processes. Support senior BD managers in executing and managing partnership contracts for Gaming, ensuring timely processing and compliance Assist with negotiation materials, contract templates, and operational tasks throughout all deal stages Ensure proper filing of agreements and all relevant documentation in the contracts system and on the SharePoint. Use PaymentCentral system and internal finance tools to manage supplier set-up and payment requests to partners as needed Look up and execute NDAs for new partnerships where none exist Maintain Licensed DLC rights tracker (and other team trackers) and track upcoming expiry dates to ensure compliance Support external partnerships proposals triage and response process Support team with other related projects as needed Identify opportunities for process optimization What you should bring to the table: Minimum 5 years of experience with Project and task management Minimum 5 years of experience with Collaboration with stakeholders Minimum 5 years of experience with managing legal contracts Bachelor's degree in business management, liberal arts, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field. A minimum of 5 years or experience in the Business Development field, but prefer 8+ years of experience in Business Development or in a paralegal role within Gaming or Entertainment industry Preferred experience working with legal contracts, Finance and Legal teams on time-sensitive deals, while ensuring policy compliance Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills with focus on collaboration Ability to work independently and manage one’s time Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource planning Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses Experience working with legal contracts, Finance and Legal teams on time-sensitive deals, while ensuring policy compliance preferred Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel Salary Range: $48.00-50.00/hour Financial: 401(k) with company match Time off: PTO accrual Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Troy Consulting is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
