Technical Recruiting Coordinator

Contract-to-Hire | Onsite 5 Days/Week (Marina Del Rey, CA) | $35-$45hr (negotiable for the right candidate) + Potential Equity Upon Conversion Overview A rapidly growing SaaS technology company is seeking a Technical Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume recruiting team during a period of significant growth. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate logistics, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate comes from a SaaS or technology environment, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and has experience supporting multiple technical searches simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews across multiple teams and hiring managers Support recruiters throughout the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and corporate hiring Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process Manage complex interview scheduling and calendar coordination Maintain candidate records and ATS data accuracy Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to keep hiring processes moving efficiently Coordinate background checks, offer logistics, and onboarding activities Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from application through hire Assist with recruiting operations and process improvement initiatives as the organization continues to scale Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of Recruiting Coordinator experience in a tech-based environment Experience within a SaaS, software, startup, or technology-driven environment Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment Experience supporting multiple concurrent requisitions and interview processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience utilizing ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Marina Del Rey #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco by Highspring
