Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to identify each client’s unique social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring personalized support.

• Develop and implement comprehensive service plans, effectively tracking client progress toward recovery goals.

• Provide individual and family counseling to facilitate personal growth, utilizing cognitive-behavioral strategies and other evidence-based methodologies.

• Support clients in crisis situations by offering immediate interventions, conducting risk assessments, and formulating safety plans.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and external agencies to coordinate services, enhancing client advocacy and connecting them with vital community resources.

• Engage in outreach initiatives that raise awareness of available resources and promote the programs offered by our agency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
