Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous, audit-compliant records for each client, ensuring confidentiality and quality documentation.

• Provide clinical consultations for clients in both crisis and non-crisis situations, utilizing telehealth capabilities to reach those in need.

• Deliver psychotherapy services tailored to meet the specific challenges faced by clients, documenting progress and effectiveness of treatment interventions.

• Participate in the assessment and monitoring of intern caseloads, providing guidance and feedback to support their professional development.
\n
• Collaborate closely with school site contacts and other clinical supervisors to facilitate a seamless support system for clients.
\n
• Attend and actively engage in program and agency meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.
\n
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for interns, aligning with compliance standards and evolving regulations.
\n
• Ensure that the work environment remains conducive to client care and report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate manager.

• Contribute to the preparation of programmatic reports for the Director, reflecting the progress of client outcomes and program goals.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the agency's mission and objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be responsible for providing support to adults and children dealing with mental health challenges, trauma, grief, and other life stressors. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Must possess a valid and independently active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Currently residing in the United States.
