House of Hope is seeking a compassionate, organized, and mission-driven Intake Coordinator to support referral, assessment, and admission processes for individuals seeking treatment. About the Role
As the Intake Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact in the admissions process, helping ensure timely communication, efficient coordination, and a positive experience for referral partners and prospective clients. You will work closely with internal teams and community partners to support admissions, maintain referral relationships, and help meet program needs.

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage daily intake referrals, including review and coordination of Carisk-related processes.
·         Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to support timely admissions and a smooth intake experience.
·         Maintain communication with referral sources regarding program access and bed availability.
·         Support outreach efforts and relationship-building activities that strengthen referrals and program census.
·         Help improve admissions workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational procedures.
·         Facilitate two weekly groups and contribute to a professional, therapeutic, and client-centered environment.

Qualifications

·         Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy required.
·         Two or more years of experience in addiction treatment and/or mental health services preferred.
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·         Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse clients, families, and professionals.
·         Comfort with computers and standard workplace systems.
