Join an 8 person team that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community Hard-working, positive, welcoming, team atmosphere Full-time; Monday-Wednesday 8:00-5:00; Thursday 7:00-4:00; Friday 8:00-12:00; No weekends! Competitive pay based on experience and skillset We're located at: 3219 8th St SW Altoona , Iowa 50009 Minimum Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment Excellent communication and organizational skills The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards. Experience 1+ years of experience in a dental setting preferred; Open to training if hold background in medical front office or similar background (Customer service, admin, patient facing) 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable Dentrix or other dental software experience Must be outgoing, a fast-learner, reliable, and professional Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
