This position offers the flexibility of remote work within an outpatient office framework. You will have the opportunity to manage your schedule primarily on weekdays, with a typical workweek extending from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that take into account patients' cultural backgrounds to craft individualized, appropriate treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and systems-oriented approaches, tailored to address the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on building resilience and addressing mental health concerns collaboratively.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during urgent mental health situations, utilizing established protocols to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid, current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly those that emphasize cultural sensitivity.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver both individual and group therapy using inclusive practices.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with a calm and effective approach in complex situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
