In this remote setting, you will have the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while being equipped with the necessary tools and resources to provide high-quality care. The work schedule will align with standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations to assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing methods that have been shown to be effective in promoting healing and growth.

• Stay current with the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and trends in mental health to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

• Uphold ethical standards in all interactions, safeguarding client confidentiality and building trust in the therapeutic relationship.

• Utilize teletherapy tools effectively to deliver care to clients in various settings, adapting approaches as necessary to ensure effective engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, and family dynamics. The ability to empathize and connect with clients from various backgrounds will be essential; your role will directly contribute to their emotional healing and personal development. Your work will help not only individuals, but extend to couples and families seeking healthier communication and relationship dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Oregon to practice independently.

• Demonstrated experience of at least two years in providing therapeutic services, including treatment planning and implementation.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective patient engagement and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• Expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Therapy, is preferable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
