Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs, utilizing diagnostic assessments to inform treatment strategies.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting clients in managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Collaborate in crafting personalized treatment plans that set clear, attainable goals for clients, continually assessing progress and adjusting interventions as required.

• Respond proactively to crisis situations, offering immediate support to clients in distress, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating necessary emergency interventions.

• Stay current with emerging trends and practices in mental health by participating in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development activities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
