In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and preparing a range of dishes, including individual orders or banquet services for group of 200. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and a strong leader. Responsibilities: Oversee kitchen operations Supervise and coordinate food preparation and presentation Hire, train, and lead kitchen staff Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and within budget Follow all food safety rules and regulations Establish goals and KPIs Qualifications : High school diploma/GED Extensive previous culinary experience ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure Excellent management and leadership skills Company Description WhirlyBall Twin Cities is a unique entertainment destination that combines fun, food, and drinks for customers of all ages.
