LHH is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for a growing organization in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
• Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing issues, and payment exceptions
• Maintain vendor records and assist with vendor inquiries
• Prepare payments and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Reconcile vendor statements and identify outstanding items
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient invoice processing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent accounts payable experience
• Proven experience with three-way matching processes
• Background handling high-volume invoice processing environments
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and best practices
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
