Assistant Property Manager

WinnCompanies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager at the 11 Mount Pleasant Street Portfolio, a 200-unit PBS8/Tax Credit community in Roxbury, MA. You will assist in leasing, accounts receivable/payable, service requests, and resident relations. The role includes tours, applications, recertifications, renewals, and preparing financial reports, with a typical Mon-Fri 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr
