Human Resources Coordinator - Benefits - Chicago Job Tracking ID :512588-912123 Job Location :Chicago, IL Job Level :Entry Level (less than 2 years) Comprehensive Management, Inc. (CMI) is a small privatefor-profitmanagement and consulting firm focused on improvingperformance and productivity while maintaining high qualitystandards for our not-for-profitclient. Administer various employee benefits programs, such as grouphealth, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident anddisability, life insurance, and wellness benefits. Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment system. Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefitsenrollment, changes and terminations are entered appropriately inpayroll system for payroll deduction. Assist employees with health, dental, life and other relatedbenefit claims. Verify the calculation of the monthly premium statements for allgroup insurance policies and maintain statistical data relative topremiums, claims and costs; resolve administrative problems with thecarrier representatives. Reconcile benefits statements. Administer FMLA, including documentation, tracking and assisting employees. Administer COBRA, including paperwork for terminated employees,maintaining COBRA spreadsheet; send payments received to Payroll Manager. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (flexible start/end time) Start Date: ASAP Work Location: 310 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour; based on experience Comprehensive Management, Inc. is a Drug Free Environment (includingTHC and/or CBD). DCFS clearance required. Must be well organized, have attention to detail, able to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure.Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
