Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client strengths and areas for improvement.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care and optimal treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
