Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to formulate effective, culturally-sensitive treatment plans.

  Provide continuous monitoring of patient progress, adapting interventions and strategies to support their mental health goals effectively.

  Maintain detailed treatment records, progress notes, and other essential clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and departmental policies, ensuring all records are accurate and current.

  Collaborate with patients and their families to establish a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan, focusing on their unique needs and desired outcomes.

  Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork, actively participating in discussions and meetings to enhance patient care and safety measures.

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Kennebec Behavioral Health Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
