Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Healogics, you will work with a diverse adult population facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Your role will be crucial in empowering clients to achieve their mental health objectives and improve their overall quality of life. Counselors play a pivotal role in fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, where clients feel validated and supported.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license in Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

• A compassionate and empathetic approach with a non-judgmental attitude that fosters client trust.
\n
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to handle a dynamic caseload efficiently.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.

• Annual salary range of $90,000 to $104,000, determined by your caseload and professional experience.
