As a key member of our team, the Centralized Corporate Admissions Director will play a pivotal role in driving our admissions strategy and ensuring seamless transitions for our facilities and residents.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive admissions strategies to optimize occupancy rates and revenue growth
Collaborate with facility leadership to understand local market trends and adapt admissions policies accordingly
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of admissions processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Serve as a subject matter expert in admissions best practices, providing guidance and training to facility staff
Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including facility administrators, marketing teams, and executive leadership
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of admissions data, statistics, and trends
