Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a trusting rapport with clients, creating a safe space for open dialogue and personal growth.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans through collaboration with clients, ensuring that goals are tailored to their specific situations and needs.

• Lead one-on-one and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that engage clients and encourage progress.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

As an LMFT at Light of Love Mental Health Center, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our clients seek assistance for a multitude of issues, ranging from personal and interpersonal struggles to complex family dynamics. Your role will be instrumental in guiding them toward healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• Proven ability to deliver effective individual and/or group therapy sessions.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to manage caseloads while fulfilling administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting, providing therapy services to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
