Director of Track & Field and Cross Country The Director of Track & Field and Cross Country is responsible for the management and administration of all activities related to track & field and cross country. The director has direct supervision over recruiting, training, and coaching student‑athletes participating in both sports. The program’s goals include student‑athlete development, compliance, operations, external engagement, and building a competitive Division I program while supporting academic success and well‑being.
