Tier 3 Service Desk Engineer

Providing advanced technical support remotely, the full-time Tier 3 Service Desk Engineer will manage complex endpoint migration issues, serving as a senior escalation point while collaborating with various technical teams to ensure a smooth user experience. Key responsibilities Provide Tier 3 technical support for endpoint migration, deployment, and post-migration stabilization Troubleshoot complex Windows endpoint issues and support endpoint management platforms Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting procedures Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or desktop engineering Demonstrated experience providing Tier 3 technical support in a large enterprise environment Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 Hands-on experience with endpoint management technologies like Microsoft Intune and SCCM Virtual Vocations Inc
