Company DescriptionAt Eurofins PSS, we work with leading international companies across the pharma, medical device, food, cosmetic & consumer products industries - who all trust us with their mission-critical testing.For 20 years, our international network of teams have served clients at their sites, across 20 countries.PSS is part of Eurofins Scientific, an international life sciences company, providing a unique range of analytical testing services across multiple industries, through a network of over 950 laboratories in 60 countries, and c.a. 63,000 employees.Job DescriptionUsesGC-MS, LC-MS,and/orICP-MSto perform extractables and leachables testing in accordance with applicable protocols and SOPs.Generates, compiles, and analyzescomplex data.Reviews test resultsfor compliance and reports quality anomalies.Interprets current and historical data and authorstechnical summaries.Calibratesinstruments orverifies calibration before use.Troubleshoots instrumentationand laboratory techniques.Complies with regulatory requirements and currentcGxPstandards.Participates in required training as both a trainee and trainer.Maintains laboratory supplies, safety, and compliance.Interacts professionally with vendors and cross-functional teams.Assists withmethod validation,as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degreeinchemistrywithminimum 2 years of relevant industry experienceORMaster's degreewithany relevant industry experienceExperience inGC-MS,LC-MS, and/orICP-MSExperience operating inside of aGMPlab spaceStrong computer, scientific, and organizational skillsExperience writing andreviewing detailed technical documentsExperience with anelectronic laboratory information management systemAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptability, and a positive attitudeAbility to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policiesAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationPosition is full-time, 1st Shift,Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance ofRensselaer, NYare encouraged to apply.
