We are looking for individuals with BDC or Equivalent Call Center Experience and the drive to succeed. Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Responsibilities Address incoming sales calls Email, text, and call customers with information pertaining to their vehicle purchase Keep up-to-date notes in the CRM Address customer concerns - Understand and maintain product knowledge Assist customers with the purchase of a new vehicle Complete daily work activities Maintain Customer Satisfaction Other duties assigned Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Requirements Previous call center experience is strongly encouraged Bilingual a plus!!! Professional appearance Extent communication skills Team oriented Basic computer skills Team Velocity experience preferred Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Compensation This is a full time position and we offer competitive compensation.
