Director of Recruiting

Our client, an at home organizing company, is looking for an experienced Director of Recruiting to join their growing team! In this role you will lead the recruitment efforts, developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent and support growth. Strategic thinking, leadership, and a data-driven approach are essential for this role. Salary: Up to $160K DOE What You Will Do: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with our company’s vision and business goals. Lead and manage the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Analyze and understand market trends and talent acquisition best practices, refining strategies to attract and retain top talent. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, using data to inform and optimize future strategies. Communicate deadlines, expectations, and any issues while working cohesively with the team and managing cross-functional projects. Meet Company monthly and quarterly goals in recruitment and oversee candidate success rates in hiring, onboarding, and integrating candidates within our companies. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record of successful talent acquisition. Experience in leading and managing a recruitment team, delivering projects in a timely manner. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and social media platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. A strategic thinker with a passion for talent acquisition and human resources.
