Corporate Development Associate

Working remotely while reporting to corporate headquarters, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support. Key responsibilities Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional diligence and synthesizing findings to escalate risks early Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in fast-paced environments Proficiency in CRMs (HubSpot), data rooms, and document management systems
