Client Services Associate

Job Description

Seeking a Client Services Associate to join a growing team in South Florida. This person will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support for high-net-worth clients and the firm's advisors. As the primary point of contact for service-related needs, the Client Services Associate must possess strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, alongside discretion handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for high net worth clients, responding to requests and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
\n
• Support advisors with account servicing, onboarding, and ongoing client relationship management
\n
• Prepare and process account documentation, including new accounts, transfers, and maintenance requests
\n
• Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests
\n
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing client materials, and maintaining accurate client records
\n
• Monitor account activity and follow up on outstanding items to ensure a smooth client experience
\n
• Maintain compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
\n
• 3+ years of experience in client service, operations, or support within financial services or wealth management
\n
• Bilingual - English & Spanish
\n
• Experience working with high net worth clients preferred
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or portfolio management systems a plus
