Onalaska, WI | In-person | Full-time | $38,000–$48,000 | 36-hour week

Help clients of a nearly 40-year La Crosse–Onalaska financial firm feel known, organized, and taken care of. This is a client-facing support role with a path toward licensed advisory work.

\n

About the role

\n

You are the connective tissue between clients and advisors. You handle daily communication, document every important detail, prepare meetings, and keep work moving so advisors can spend time with people—not paperwork.

\n

\n

What you will do

\n

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, notes, and video; keep a complete written record of conversations, concerns, and next steps

\n

• Prepare appointment folders, compile advisor notes, and start financial-model updates from statements and client information

\n

• Sit in on meetings, take notes, send recaps, and track action items with the team

\n

• Research investment and life-insurance options and help service accounts once properly licensed

\n

• Back up the front office: phones, scheduling, applications, and walk-in help

\n

• Protect advisor time by prioritizing documentation and deadlines

\n

What you bring

Required

\n

• Reliable in-person presence at 1401 Main Street, Suite 101, Onalaska (greater La Crosse)

\n

• Strong writing, phone manner, and Microsoft Office / Excel skills

\n

• Comfort juggling details without dropping them

\n

• Ability to pass fingerprint, criminal, and credit background checks

\n

• Willingness to pass the SIE exam if you are not already licensed

\n

\n

Preferred

\n

• Associate degree or higher

\n

• Customer service, banking, insurance, legal support, marketing, or sales experience

\n

• Calm, warm style with people who are making money decisions

\n

\n

Schedule and pay

\n

• Full-time, 36 hours per week

\n

• Office closes Friday at 12:30 p.m.

\n

• Paid Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day

\n

• Extra paid days: Friday before Memorial Day and Labor Day, Presidents’ Day, and Martin Luther King Jr. Day, plus earned vacation

\n

• Salary $38,000–$48,000 based on experience

\n

• Professional development and a path that can grow into independent advisory work within about three years

\n

\n

This is not a sales-floor job and not remote. It is a small, established team serving families across the Coulee Region.
