Position: Business Development Sales Executive

Location: Remote (Within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC)

Compensation: Six-figure base salary + uncapped commission

Our client is a US-based leading manufacturer of metal and wire fixtures, and they're looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth. This is a remote role, but the ideal candidate must be located within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the DIY retail sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including marketing managers, buyers, merchandisers, and procurement teams.
• Drive sales growth by developing tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in retail store fixtures, displays, or related industries.
• Strong network and experience working with major DIY retailers and brands.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
