About the Role

We are seeking a Pharmacy Partner Coordinator to join a growing pharmacy operations team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for pharmacy partners, supporting billing inquiries, claims resolution, shipping logistics, and operational escalations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where problem solving and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for external pharmacy partners regarding operational, billing, and shipping inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve pharmacy claims, billing issues, and partner escalations.
• Coordinate shipment requests, reshipments, routing information, and delivery resolutions.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and cross-functional teams to resolve inventory, billing, and operational concerns.
• Monitor pending shipments and proactively address delays or issues.
• Document incidents, escalations, and operational activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Track and manage pharmacy-reported incidents while ensuring timely communication and resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and operational processes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
  

Qualifications

• 1+ years of pharmacy experience preferred. Candidates with retail, specialty, mail-order, fulfillment, or pharmacy operations experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with pharmacy claims, third-party billing, prior authorizations, insurance resolution, benefit verification, or pharmacy operations is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software systems.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Full-time onsite position.
• Monday-Friday schedule with shifts of 10:00 AM-6:00 PM or 12:00 PM-8:00 PM .
• Rotating Saturday shift (9:00 AM-5:00 PM approximately every 5-6 weeks after training ).
• When scheduled for a Saturday shift, employees receive a weekday off during that same week. This is a standard five-day workweek and does not require working six days in a week.
