Document Control Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains document control systems and procedures.
- Ensures proper filing, storage, and retrieval of documents.
- Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Tracks document revisions and maintains version control.
- Supports compliance with records management requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Knowledge of document control processes
- Ability to manage version control and document tracking
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with databases and document systems
- Communication skills
Minimum/General Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
Minimum Education:
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
