Job Description We are seeking a Compensation Analyst I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in compensation analytics, salary survey participation, and job evaluation and a proven ability to deliver accurate, timely transactional compensation actions and support data-driven compensation decisions. Responsibilities: Participate in the administration and delivery of compensation programs. Support the annual global compensation salary survey process. Conduct job evaluations and market pricing. Respond to compensation inquiries from TA, HR, and business partners, meeting service levels and SLA requirements. Support salary increase proposals and promotions through data analysis. Assist with research and analysis of compensation and reward programs. Ensure compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations across applicable countries. Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform compensation practices. Provide support in salary planning, merit planning, and incentive program administration. Approve job and compensation actions in Workday. Prepare compensation reports and analyses. Assist with compensation projects, processes, and audits as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Math, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in HR, Finance, or an analytical, data-focused role. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and core formulas. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Clear communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Skills: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, including running queries and manipulating data. Exposure to job analysis and job evaluation. Why BCforward?
