They are now looking to add an experienced Business Development leader to own and grow their West Coast territoryThe RoleThis is a senior, individual-contributor commercial role focused on:Driving new business and developing long-term sponsor relationships across the West CoastSelling Phase I–III clinical trial services to biotech and pharma companiesLeading the full sales cycle: prospecting, RFPs, proposals, bid defenses, and contract negotiationWorking closely with internal clinical, operational, and proposal teamsRepresenting the company at industry conferences and sponsor meetingsWhat They're Looking ForProven CRO sales experience, specifically selling Phase I–III clinical trialsIdeally 7–12 years in clinical business development (minimum 3+ years required)Strong West Coast sponsor network across biotech and pharmaExperience working with smaller or mid-sized CROs preferredA consultative, relationship-driven approach (not transactional)Stability in career history (no excessive job hopping)Location & CompensationRemote, based on the US West CoastCompetitive base salary typically $170k–$190k (flexible for standout profiles)Highly attractive commission structure with accelerators and long-term earning potentialThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned CRO BD professional who enjoys autonomy, impact, and building meaningful sponsor partnerships within a stable, values-driven organization.Interested?
