Business Development Manager (BDM) - Overseas Markets

- Bachelor’s degree or above; STEM background preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant business development or sales experience (3–5 years aligns with Senior Sales Manager/M2-M3 level).
- Fluent in English, able to participate in full-English meetings.
- IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent proficiency preferred.
- Overseas business development: Experience in building and maintaining relationships with large international clients.
- Communication & collaboration: Strong ability to coordinate internal teams to drive projects.
- Client management: Skilled in following up and maintaining client relationships.
- Market intelligence: Ability to gather market insights and identify collaboration opportunities.
- Personal traits: Outgoing, responsible, goal-oriented, integrity-driven, resilient, and travel-ready.
- Semiconductor IC manufacturers: Realtek, Amlogic, MTK (highly aligned business).
- Overseas end-product giants: Google, Netflix, Amazon (TV division only, not general entertainment or cloud).
- Projection/TV brands or OEMs: e.g., XGIMI, Dangbei, JMGO; marketing or sales roles (considered but less priority).
- Local Taiwanese semiconductor ecosystem connections.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Sales, Product Management, R&D, and FAE to drive projects in a matrix environment.
- Collect and analyze overseas market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
- Actively pursue business development initiatives and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and other client-facing events as required.
