Business Development Manager

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries (digital construction, building construction); experience managing million-scale projects is preferred
- Professional level of French and English, both written and spoken, are mandatory
- Results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a strong focus on quality and commercial performance
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent face-to-face communication ability - Drive regional business growth by executing annual business objectives, including sales targets and payment collection for the digital construction product line
- Lead key account management and major project implementation within the assigned territory
- Conduct market analysis to identify regional opportunities and develop tailored marketing strategies
- Deliver product knowledge transfer and training programs to enhance sales team capabilities
- Analyze customer pain points and develop customized solutions through professional proposal writing
- Oversee project delivery and acceptance processes, ensuring successful project closure and payment
- Lead market planning and product launch initiatives to accelerate market penetration
