Ubicación: Savannah, GA 31408
Tipo de empleo: Temporal / Jornada completa según asignación
Horario: Lunes a viernes, bajo modalidad on-call
Disponibilidad: Flexible entre semana
Pago: Según productividad, con depósitos semanales
Estamos buscando personas responsables, trabajadoras y con buena condición física para apoyar las operaciones de nuestro almacén en Savannah, GA. El personal seleccionado se encargará principalmente de descargar mercancía de contenedores y camiones, organizar productos y colaborar con las actividades diarias de logística.
Este puesto requiere disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes según las necesidades operativas, así como la capacidad de desempeñarse de manera eficiente en un ambiente de trabajo activo y físicamente exigente.
Responsabilidades del CargoDescargar mercancía de contenedores y remolques, utilizando fuerza manual o equipos auxiliares cuando sea necesario.
Separar, organizar y colocar los productos en tarimas o en las áreas correspondientes del almacén.
Apoyar en el traslado y la distribución de materiales dentro de las instalaciones.
Mantener el espacio de trabajo limpio, organizado y libre de obstáculos.
Cumplir con las instrucciones del supervisor y las normas de seguridad establecidas.
Informar sobre mercancía dañada, incidentes o cualquier situación que requiera atención.
Colaborar con otras actividades relacionadas con el manejo de mercancías cuando sea necesario.
Disponibilidad para recibir asignaciones de trabajo de lunes a viernes.
Capacidad física para levantar y mover cargas pesadas de hasta 100 libras, según las exigencias de la tarea.
Buena resistencia física para realizar actividades repetitivas durante la jornada.
Responsabilidad, puntualidad y disposición para trabajar en equipo.
Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar en un entorno de ritmo acelerado.
La experiencia previa en almacenes, carga y descarga o logística será una ventaja, pero no es obligatoria.
Se prefiere que el candidato pueda comunicarse en inglés y español.
Compensación basada en la productividad: las ganancias dependerán del rendimiento individual o del equipo, según el sistema de pago establecido.
Pagos semanales: recibe tu pago mediante depósito directo semanal, conforme a las condiciones de nómina.
Oportunidad de crecimiento: posibilidad de adquirir experiencia en operaciones de almacén y acceder a futuras oportunidades laborales según las necesidades de la empresa.
Esta posición funciona bajo un sistema de trabajo por llamada ( on-call ), por lo que las asignaciones dependerán del volumen de trabajo y de las necesidades del cliente. Se requiere flexibilidad y disposición para responder a las oportunidades de trabajo durante la semana.
